Citrix web interface 5.2 is not compatible with legacy
editions of Presentation Server by default.
To enable this ability you need to edit the webinterface.conf
This file is located :
For Xenapp : c:\intetpub\wwwroot\citrix\xenapp\conf
For PNAgent : c:\inetpub\wwwroot\citrix\pnagent\conf
The value RequireLaunchReference=on must be changed to “off”.
Remember to remove the “#” also
In my experience the single sign-on still works with the PN
agent after this change.
